Refund/Return Policy

At Ultimate Pet Care Retail, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping will be on the buyers account depending on the reason for the refund/return.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@upcmanufacturing.co.za or 010 021 0222 to request a return.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include your name and surname on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving it. Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive a full refund.

Exceptions

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to return an item after the 30-day return period has expired, or if you are returning an item that is not eligible for return, please contact us and we will try our best to work with you.
